Our philosophy is to provide children and adults with the
opportunity to experience the aquatic environment in a safe
and joyful way. This is achieved by creating an intimate
and personal relationship with the water. Simple body
shapes where students imitate the letters X, Y, and I and objects
such as the pencil and ball are the foundations of these aquatic
relationships. From these body shapes students can first
learn to manage aquatic forces for safety, and then use aquatic
forces for propulsion and stroke development.
