Description |
Sit, listen, and wait, safety jumps,
body positions, blowing bubbles, water awareness and
much more will be taught. Singing songs, playing

Description |
Swimmers should have participated in a swim lesson program and feel comfortable
under water. They will submerge but cannot jump in water and swim back
to a platform unassisted. (Safety Jump) |

Description |
Students learn back and prone body positions,
rhythmic breathing, platform entries and exits while
building their swimming endurance. They will integrate
breathing skills in travel and propulsion as well as
rolling over to their back for safety. |

Description |
Work on coordination of the human
stroke, pop up and body roll breathing, elementary
back stroke, aquatic signature, treading water, ball
and back floats, diving and much more!

Description |
In Hot Shot Plus a student will experience
the Aquatic Environment in axial alignment while
coordinating breathing exchanges with under- water
propulsion using arms and legs
(freestyle and back stroke beginnings).

tap up, accept air

for 10 seconds in a bridge, close to a ball,
open to bridge in 3.5 feet
- Maintain
X,Y and pencil back body shapes for 30 seconds
- Propulsion
in T,Y to pencil for 60 feet. (no kick)
- Quiet
propulsion in a back pencil posture for 60 feet
